GROWTH

Learn how GROWTH strengthens and scales community welcome through innovation, learning, and capacity building across Ireland.

Our Work

The GROWTH project supports practical approaches to strengthening and expanding community welcome. The project applies innovation and evidence to increase the number and diversity of people and organisations involved in community welcome while building long-term capacity and resilience. The work focuses on recruitment, retention, innovation, and sustained engagement across Ireland and partner countries.

What we do

The GROWTH project tests and designs approaches to grow partipication in community welcome. The project works with partners to apply lessons from past experiences and build tools that support welcomers, communities, and systems over time. The focus is on evidence, practical strategies, and collaboration.

GROWTH develops evidence-based ways to recruit and retain a wider range of welcomers and participants such as landlords. This work helps community welcome reach more people and places.

The GROWTH project draws on learning from recent humanitarian responses to test innovations. These insights will produce tools and strategies that support durable and adaptable community welcome practices.

GROWTH strengthens the capacity of welcome systems by piloting solutions for housing, coordination and long-term engagement, so that community welcome is stronger now and in the future.
