What is STEP?
STEP (Skills, Talent and Empowerment through Pathways) is an EU-funded, Irish government-supported programme delivered in Ireland through a partnership between Talent Beyond Boundaries and The Open Community. The programme helps employers access a global talent pool of skilled professionals while providing support throughout the recruitment, permit, visa, arrival and early integration.
What we do
STEP supports employers who are exploring international recruitment by providing access to skilled candidates and practical guidance throughout the hiring process. There are no candidate sourcing or recruitment fees for employers. STEP provides support and guidance from the initial conversation through to arrival and early integration.
