The app is designed to make moving to Ireland easier. It includes simple information pages and step-by-step guides for key services and processes. It’s available in five languages: Arabic, Dari, Pashto, Ukrainian, and English.
SWIFT Integration also sends notifications and allows direct messaging so users can stay updated on important changes.
For Community Sponsorship, the app helps ensure that initial interactions between the sponsors and the family are focused on building relationships rather than communicating complex procedures. It also promotes empowerment by ensuring that both the family and sponsors have access to the same information, and in multiple languages.
